John Cordo has joined the firm, bringing with him over a decade of expertise in cybersecurity investment.

John Cordo’s Impressive Background

John Cordo’s experience in the cybersecurity field is extensive.

He began his career at Blackstone, where he worked in the firm’s Innovations venture capital portfolio, focusing on early-stage cybersecurity companies.

More recently, he specialized in cybersecurity investing with Brighton Park Capital, a growth equity firm.

Throughout his career, Cordo has been involved in several notable investments, including companies such as Silverfort, Immuta, HUMAN, BigID, and CloudGenix, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks

. Other companies he’s worked with include CloudKnox (acquired by Microsoft), Respond Software (acquired by FireEye), and SKOUT Cybersecurity (acquired by Barracuda Networks).

Cordo graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College.
