Reality TV star Jack Fincham has found himself in hot water after being sentenced to six weeks in prison for his dog’s attack on a man.

The 32-year-old Love Island winner was found guilty of allowing his Cane Corso, named Elvis, to become dangerously out of control and bite a man, Robert Sudell, in September 2022.

Fincham appeared at Southend-on-Sea Magistrates’ Court where he admitted to the charge and faced two counts related to the dog’s behavior.

Details of the Attack and Additional Incident

The attack occurred in Swanley, Kent, where Robert Sudell was injured by the dog.

While there was another incident involving the same dog in Grays, Essex, in June 2024, no injuries were reported from that event.

The charges, however, remain part of the legal proceedings.

In addition to his prison sentence, Fincham has been ordered to pay a significant sum in compensation and court fees.

Financial Penalties and Support from Family

Fincham, who has been ordered to pay a total of £3680, will have to compensate Robert Sudell with £200 and another £50 for a second victim involved in the case.

The court has set up a payment plan requiring Fincham to pay £400 per month following his release.

Throughout the proceedings, Fincham received support from his family, including his parents and on-off girlfriend, Chloe Brockett from The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE).

Chloe was visibly emotional in court after hearing the verdict, breaking down in tears.
