Ivanka Trump is all about sticking to her New Year’s resolution, and she’s embracing the challenge with confidence.
The 43-year-old shared an inspiring Instagram post where she flaunted her toned figure in a simple white sports bra and blue bike shorts.
Alongside the image, she reflected on the difficulty of maintaining resolutions, noting that only 23% of people manage to stick with them beyond the first week.
She admitted to being part of that statistic many times before but added that each day offers a fresh chance to stay committed and push forward.

She shared insights into how she’s prioritized exercise, especially since moving to Miami.
Her fitness journey initially involved yoga and Pilates, but as she had more flexibility in her schedule, she made these practices a regular part of her life.
Over time, Ivanka found herself gravitating toward resistance and weight training, which she credits with making a significant difference in her physique.
“That’s when I really saw a massive change,” she said, emphasizing that she got stronger and leaner.
Her tall frame, she added, made it easier to appear lean even without being particularly strong.
The Power of Weight Lifting and Protein
While Ivanka has a deep appreciation for yoga and Pilates, she acknowledged that they didn’t allow her to build muscle in the same way that weight training did.
“I really needed this… it’s been life-changing,” she explained.
For her, the key was combining weight lifting with a high-protein diet, which helped her finally see the results she was striving for.
She’s quick to highlight the importance of both elements.
“It’s when I married those two things—protein and resistance training—that I started noticing a difference,” Ivanka said.
Her daily routine includes a protein-packed shake with banana, cacao, and creatine to support her muscles.
Finding Balance in a Busy Life
Despite her busy life as a mother and former White House advisor, Ivanka places a strong emphasis on finding moments of calm.
She’s learned to incorporate prayer and nature walks into her daily routine to stay grounded.
“There’s always a hurricane I find myself in,” she said, referencing her often hectic life.
These moments of calm, she believes, help her maintain balance.
Before bed, Ivanka winds down with magnesium supplements and uses mouth tape to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
It’s all part of her approach to well-being, helping her stay focused and energized as she continues her fitness journey.
