Laura Woods Addresses Her Instagram Relationship Reveal
Sports presenter Laura Woods has candidly admitted to making “a slight error” when she unintentionally revealed her romance with Love Island star Adam Collard on Instagram.
Laura, who has been romantically linked to Adam, posted a series of photos of them together, briefly making their relationship public.
However, she later deleted these images, leaving fans intrigued.
An Accidental Instagram Revelation
In an interview on the Monday Mile podcast, Laura discussed the unintentional social media reveal.
She expressed her preference for maintaining privacy in her personal life and revealed that she initially intended for only her close circle to view the photos.
When questioned about whether social media had ever caused her issues, Laura responded, “So, I made a slight error, you know when you upload something to your main feed that is meant to be like close friends?”

Laura went on to clarify her feelings about the situation, highlighting her discomfort with sharing private aspects of her relationship with the public. She stated, “I didn’t even know I could do that, to be fair, but I did, and it was like…

Laura acknowledged that she might have developed a historical perspective on relationships and social media. She shared, “It sounds like it’s a bad thing, but only because I associate social media and relationships in a bad way.
I’m almost like, nothing good can come from sharing.” The football pundit continued to explain her reservations about sharing her relationships with the public.
Laura’s Private Nature
Laura, who is well-known for her hosting roles on ITV and TNT Sports, revealed that she considers herself to be a “really private” person.
She expressed, “I only show you what I’m comfortable showing you.” Laura conveyed her desire to maintain a certain level of privacy in her public life.
