A shocking video of police officers punching a ‘teenager’ during an arrest in London has surfaced.

Witness phone footage appears to show the officers punching the man seven times before shoving him to the ground and arresting him.
Witnesses further allege that during the encounter, which occurred yesterday in Abbey Wood, south east London, police kicked out at the suspect.

‘Hey Met Police, just wondering if this is acceptable and appropriate use of force to detain a 16 year old child?’ tweeted Carina White, a media pundit. Punching and kicking?

Ms White stated that the event occurred while the man, who she described as a GCSE student, was visiting a friend.
‘He went to see if his friend was OK after seeing police in his lawn, and this is what happened,’ she continued.
‘This is outrageous and has to be examined,’ said another.
