India reports 255,874 new COVID cases

NEW DELHI, 25th January, 2022 – India reported 255,874 new COVID-19 cases, the Union Health Ministry said Tuesday.

The ministry has said that India’s active caseload currently stands at 2,236,842, ANI reported.

The number of people who succumbed to the virus in the last 24 hours is 614.

As many as 267,753 recoveries have also been reported in the last 24 hours.
