‘Homeground’ closes after four seasons with Minnie Dlamini and Lungile Radu

Monday, September 12 will be the last day that viewers can see Minnie Dlamini and Lungile Radu hosting “Homeground” on Mzansi Magic, as the show is ending.

Dlamini has been serving up some major leg action on the sports and entertainment program for the past five years. The media celebrity informed her Instagram fans that her show was ending via her Instagram account.

Dlamini tweeted photos of her outfit for the final episode of “Homeground,” and as usual, she will be serving legs. She commented, “This week’s look at #Homeground After five years, our show is coming to an end.”

Her supporters were undoubtedly saddened by the news. As people expressed their disbelief, @baby gsa couldn’t contain her feelings and reacted with sobbing emojis. Others decided to emphasize the positive, such as @bmkekana, who said, “What a fantastic ride Minnie! 🙌❤️”

In a statement to IOL Entertainment, Mzansi Magic revealed that the show was ending after four seasons. “After four successful seasons on Mzansi Magic (DStv channel 161), the final episode of ‘Homeground’ will premiere on September 12, 2022,” M-Net announced.

The lifestyle-meets-sports show, hosted by Minnie Dlamini and Lungile Radu, brought viewers through the most exciting sports highlights and in-depth celebrity interviews with Mzansi’s finest.
