Governorship Election: Anambra CP Echeng Reassures State Electorate Of Adequate Security

The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State Mr Echeng Echeng has assured the State electorate of adequate security during the forthcoming governorship election.

He gave the assurance when he received YIAGA Africa and Vote Not Fight group respectively in his office at the Police Command Headquarters in Awka.

He expressed appreciation to the group for the visit, noting that the visit was timely and will strengthen the collaboration between the Non-governmental Organization and the Command.

He reiterated that the reassuring voice of Yiaga Africa and Vote, Not Fight will no doubt reinvigorate the hope and confidence in Ndi Anambra and urged other Non-governmental Organizations to emulate Yiaga Africa and Vote, Not Fight to take the message of peace and harmony to the public, especially Ndi Anambra towards a hitch free governorship election.
