In Polling Unit 002, Tokolo Ward of Bwari Area Council Chairman, John Gabaya, just cast his vote.

Accreditation and Voting has begun but the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BIVAS) is not functioning therefore many voters are unable to vote.

He said they have spoken to INEC officials but no response from INEC yet.

At 10:46am Voters could be seen just sitting and waiting after the BIVAS stopped working.

Meanwhile, Ona of Abaji, Dr Adamu came to cast his vote but couldn’t due to malfunction of BIVAS.
