…By Larry John for TDPel Media. Enugu State’s Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Ammani, has made a firm commitment to apprehend individuals who are enforcing the sit-at-home order in the state.


Additionally, he has promised to safeguard residents against any subversive elements attempting to defy the ban on the sit-at-home directive.

Protection and Decisive Action:

In a statement released by the command’s spokesperson, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, on Thursday in Enugu, Commissioner Ammani assured the public that the police, along with other security agencies, are prepared to take decisive action against criminals, including those spreading false security incidents to cause panic.

He emphasized that the police will not hesitate to confront any subversive elements aiming to inflict harm on the residents.

Commissioner Ammani reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of the police to the security and safety of the people, aligning with the state government’s prohibition of the sit-at-home order.

He strongly stated that the police will identify and bring to justice the individuals responsible for creating and spreading malicious and misleading information.
