Ella Toone keeps celebrating a week after England won Euro 2022 by going swimming with her boyfriend

A week after playing a key role in England’s victory at Euro 2022, Lionesses player Ella Toone celebrated even more by going swimming with her boyfriend.

The Manchester United striker was seen sipping drinks, holding hands with her companion on the beach, and soaking up the rays in Ibiza.

After spending a leisurely day on a boat in the Mediterranean, the couple was later spotted having fun together in the sea as she resumed her vacation.

Toone and colleague Ellie Roebuck spent the day lounging in the sun and diving into the azure water while sailing around Formentera, the smallest of Spain’s Balearic islands.

One of England’s three goalkeepers, Roebuck, uploaded a photo to her Instagram account and tagged it, “Beach day @ellatoone.”

Toone uploaded a video showing herself jumping from the boat’s bow and making fun of the fact that her eyelashes were now submerged in the water.

Teammates Leah Williamson and Nikita Parris had joined them the night before at the beach club Ushuaia.

The four football players were in the club for a night of music by DJ Calvin Harris when Williamson, the team’s captain, posted a photo of them there on Instagram.

With an incredible goal in England’s legendary 2-1 victory over Germany at Wembley last week, Toone cemented her place in history.

Harry Kane, the men’s team captain, praised her for her daring chip after she scored six minutes into the second half.

The replacement was sent in on goal by Keira Walsh’s excellent pass, and she executed a cool finish to loft the ball over the charging Merle Frohms of Germany.

Among the 87,000 spectators at Wembley, Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane tweeted after the game, “Absolutely incredible scenes at Wembley!!”

On stage in Trafalgar Square the next day with former England international and BBC analyst Alex Scott, 22-year-old Toone was questioned about her objective.

“Ella, you’re through on goal, right there,” Scott said. “Over 80,000 people are watching, how did you remain so composed?”

“I don’t know, I don’t know,” Toone retorted. Scott said, “So what’s going through your head when you watch it go in the back of the net?”

It took nearly 10 minutes to enter the back of the net, Toone retorted. The stadium suddenly burst into cheers, and it was the greatest sensation in the world. Therefore, buzzing.
