The new Metalla 510 Hinge Range from Hafele delivers effective functionality to your kitchen cabinets since it was meticulously planned and created to work.

The full-overlay, half-overlay, and inset applications of the standard application hinges from this series for shutters made of wood or with a wide aluminum frame have an opening angle of 105.

The line includes a unique aluminum profile hinge with the same opening angle for shutters manufactured of narrow aluminum profile. For cabinets with internal drawers or shelves, Metalla 510 additionally comes with a 155 wide-angle application hinge.

All hinges from this line include an integrated soft-close mechanism in the hinge cup that can be engaged by a damper shifter at either a 30 or 10-degree opening angle for a quiet and smooth closure.

These hinges meet and beyond the LGA certification criteria, ensuring exceptional operational longevity, after being cycle tested 200,000 times.

The Metalla 510 hinges are made of premium steel and have a lovely nickel-plated appearance. They have undergone a 48-hour salt spray test to ensure they have a high level of corrosion resistance (EN 15570 Level 3).
