Dashcam captures dual-cab truck striking white vehicle head-on

On social media, a shocking video of a white car turning right and slamming with a dual-cab pickup has surfaced.

On Wednesday, a video from the dashcam that captured the car travelling through Mackay, Queensland last week was uploaded online.

Both vehicles were traveling in opposite directions across a busy junction when the turning sedan struck the ute as it drove forward.

The photographs’ uploader, Dash Cam Owners Aus, implied that the sedan was at blame for disobeying the changing traffic signals.

“Located in Mackay, Green Arrow had gone, so it was a question of turn but give way,” reads the description of the video.

The remarkable video shows a white hatchback turning directly in front of a sedan driver who is following it.

The ute swerves through and slams with the sedan as it is halfway through the curve.

The sedan comes to rest on traffic islands as a result of the collision, which sends both cars hurtling toward the dashcam driver.

The left side mirror of the sedan hangs off the vehicle as pieces of the front of both automobiles fly into the air.

Both drivers seem to be unharmed after the shocking collision.
