Covid-19: Nigeria records 167 new cases

Nigeria has recorded 167 new cases of Covid-19 across the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this in its daily update on the virus.

The cases were reported in 9 States of the federation.

With the latest report, the total number of the confirmed cases now stand at 209,713, 197,724 Discharged and 2,840 Deaths recorded since the outbreak of the virus in the Country.

On its official Facebook page, the NCDC shows the breakdown of the States with the new cases as; Taraba-109, Lagos-17, Plateau-16, Bauchi-11, Rivers-6, Delta-3, Akwa Ibom-2, Imo-2 and Bayelsa-1.
