While we complete important maintenance work, all Companies House online services will be unavailable.

From 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 11 through 12 a.m. on Sunday, June 12.

From 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 18 to 12 a.m. on Sunday, June 19

After the maintenance is completed, all online filings sent during this time will be processed as usual. Any software filings made through our XML gateway are included in this.
