Chloe Fineman Reveals Her Most Hilarious Cosmetic Procedure Fails in a Series of Social Media Photos From Los Angeles

Saturday Night Live star Chloe Fineman isn’t afraid to poke fun at herself—and her latest social media post proves it.

The 37-year-old comedian gave fans a peek into some of her cosmetic procedure mishaps, sharing a carousel of photos showing the aftermath of treatments gone awry.

From laser sessions to salmon sperm facials, Fineman’s clip highlights the sometimes messy side of the beauty world.

In a humorous voiceover, she quipped about the lengths some women go to when visiting med spas.

Med Spa Secrets Revealed

Fineman joked that many women claim they’re taking a trip or visiting relatives, but in reality, they’re hiding out at med spas.

“Every year, hundreds of women will say they’re going on a trip or visiting family in Connecticut.

But really, they’ll be going ham at a med spa doing crazy stuff like laser stuff, salmon sperm Sculptra plaster or whatever the hell this was,” she said.

She went on to poke fun at the selfie culture around these treatments: “These women will hide themselves away in caves like bears while taking hundreds of selfies… sending them to friends and family who will lie and say, ‘It’s not that bad.’”

And in classic Fineman humor, she teased: “This year, I pledge to stop the cycle… Just kidding, I’m going Friday.”

Fans React: Laughter and Concern

Her candid post drew laughs from celebrity friends including Lindsay Lohan, Lisa Rinna, and Spencer Pratt, who all responded with crying-laughing emojis.

Not everyone found it funny, though. Some commenters warned about the risks of cosmetic procedures.

One wrote, “Though this post and you are hilarious, I really wish people would ditch some of these procedures.

Sure, they have fewer lines and brown spots, but they also look puffy and unnatural.”

Another advised, “Ladies, please don’t do stupid things to yourself.

Stay out of the sun, wash with mild soap, avoid makeup, and you’ll be fine.”

Others echoed the sentiment: “Can we normalize not doing this stuff, especially since it looks like it sucks?”

Fineman Has Been Open About Her Beauty Experiments

This isn’t the first time Fineman has shared her med spa experiences.

Back in 2022, she told Popsugar about a Fraxel laser treatment gone wrong, admitting she ended up with a red scar across her forehead after rubbing off the numbing cream.

In April 2024, she opened up to Into The Gloss about her beauty routine, calling herself at “peak med spa mistake age.”

She joked that during COVID, she used the downtime in LA to get Botox, only to find herself unable to lift her forehead just in time for work—a tricky situation for someone whose career depends on facial expression.

What’s Next for Chloe?

Despite the mishaps, Fineman’s approach is equal parts self-deprecating and honest, showing that it’s possible to laugh at beauty blunders.

Whether she sticks to the med spa routine or takes a break, fans can be sure she’ll keep sharing her experiences with humor and candor.
