The 2022 CAF Confederation Cup final between Orlando Pirates and RS Berkane will go straight to penalties should the scores be tied after 90 minutes.

Friday, 20 May’s showdown in Uyo, Nigeria will be the 19th final of a competition which was launched back in 2004.

CAF has confirmed that if the two sides are level after ‘normal’ play, the match will go straight to a penalty shootout to decide who succeeds Morocco giants Raja Casablanca as winners of the second-tier African competition.

The match will kick off at 21:00 (SA time).
