Bonnie Blue mocks starving dogs as she walks through Bali airport during controversial deportation

Bonnie Blue didn’t exactly leave Bali quietly.

As immigration officers escorted her through Denpasar airport late Friday, the adult content creator found herself boxed in by cameras, questions flying from every direction.

Asked if she’d miss the island, she fired back with a remark that raised eyebrows instantly, saying she wouldn’t miss “looking at the starving dogs.”

It was a sharp, unsentimental goodbye that summed up the chaotic end to her trip.

From Schoolies Stunt to Police Cell

The drama began days earlier in Badung, where Blue — whose real name is Tia Billinger — was arrested by local police.

Authorities allege the 26-year-old staged a so-called “sex game” involving more than a dozen men during a Schoolies event.

Indonesian law takes a hard line on anything considered pornographic, and investigators say the activity crossed that line under the country’s strict morality rules.

Deportation Day Turns into a Spectacle

By Friday night, Billinger and three men travelling with her were officially on their way out of Indonesia.

The group included Australian comedian Julian Woods and two British men.

As she made her way through the airport, Billinger clutched an oversized cuddly toy, waved cheerfully at onlookers and even blew a kiss, turning what might have been a grim exit into something closer to performance art.

The Bangbus Fine and a Defiant Promise

Earlier that same day, Billinger and British man Liam Andrew Jackson had appeared in court over her infamous “Bangbus” — a single-cab utility vehicle she allegedly used to pick up “barely legal” schoolboys.

The pair were fined around AU$20 for using an open-bed truck to transport people.

Footage from the hearing shows the judge gesturing toward photos of the vehicle while warning that failure to pay would mean a month behind bars.

Despite the legal slap on the wrist, Billinger sounded unfazed.

Asked what she planned to do once she was back in the UK, her answer was blunt: she was “going straight to the Bangbus.”

A Not-So-Subtle Message to Authorities

When pressed on whether she had anything to say to the government, Billinger’s expression hardened.

“I think it’s about time I visit an embassy in the UK,” she said, offering no further explanation.

Previous reporting has also revealed the Bangbus hadn’t been taxed since 2023 and had been repainted from white to blue without being properly re-registered — details that only added fuel to the controversy surrounding her trip.

Jokes, Jeers and Julian Woods’ Running Commentary

Woods arrived at the airport separately and treated the whole situation like an open-mic set, cracking jokes while reporters tried to pin him down about his next move.

Asked about Australia, he quipped that he might “drive the Bangbus” there.

He also took a swipe at Bali’s infrastructure, saying he was looking forward to drinking Australian tap water again.

Not all the humour landed. An attempted knock-knock joke fizzled when no one played along, and one reporter at court reportedly shut him down with a blunt, “You no funny.”

Old Controversies Resurface

This wasn’t the first time Woods and Billinger had stirred backlash together.

Last year, a video skit they filmed drew criticism online.

More recently, Woods posted a photo of himself wearing a Make-A-Wish T-shirt while posing with Billinger, captioning it with a joke that many found deeply inappropriate, given the charity’s work with critically ill children.

Authorities Call It a Publicity Play

Local officials were unimpressed by any claims of innocence.

On Thursday, police and immigration officers in Jimbaran described the entire visit as a calculated stunt.

Immigration chief Heru Winarko said the group had misused their visas to create content, calling the trip an abuse of the system rather than a misunderstanding.

The Long Way Home

Billinger left Bali on a Qatar Airways flight bound for Doha in the early hours of Saturday morning.

After landing there in the afternoon, she was scheduled to connect on to London just a couple of hours later, bringing a turbulent chapter to a close — at least geographically.

So, What Comes Next?

Back in the UK, Billinger shows no sign of retreating from controversy.

Whether the Bangbus makes a comeback or the fallout from Bali follows her home remains to be seen.

One thing is clear: this exit was never going to be quiet, and Bonnie Blue seems perfectly fine with that.
