Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,988.28 points marking a decrease of 39.64 points below the previous closing.

This decrease was due to the fall in the Communications Services Sector, Financials Sector, Materials Sector, and Real Estate Sector.

Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 737.57 points marking a decrease of 3.61 points below the previous closing.

Results indicated that 141 equity transactions took place with a volume of 3,034,156 worth BD 1,203,413.

Investors traded mainly in the Materials Sector representing 52.49% of the total value of securities traded.
