Ash-Ley Ogle Receives Massive Support From Fans After Big Brother Mzansi Eviction With Over R150,000 Donated in Her GoFundMe Campaign

Although Ash-Ley Ogle may have wrapped up her time on Big Brother Mzansi, it’s clear she’s built a strong and dedicated fanbase that’s sticking by her.

GoFundMe Campaign Receives Generous Donations

The 26-year-old reality TV star recently set up a GoFundMe campaign to help her get back on her feet after her unexpected eviction from the Big Brother house.

Ash-Ley, who has always stayed true to herself throughout her time on the show, was eliminated not through the usual public voting process, but by her fellow contestants.

“Unfortunately, her stay was cut short not from the usual process of elimination by fans but from votes from her peers in the house.

This cut short her experience, and people who support her all over the world would like to pool in resources to help her build her life back up,” Ash-Ley explained in her GoFundMe statement.

The campaign has already raised over R150,000, thanks to the incredible support from her fans.

The largest donation, a generous R11,000, came from an anonymous donor.

With 282 donations so far, the campaign is still working towards its ambitious target of R900,000.

Ash-Ley’s Unexpected Eviction Shocks Fans

Ash-Ley’s journey to potentially winning the R2 million prize was unexpectedly halted by a surprise eviction.

The contestants were asked to vote for who they wanted to see leave the house.

In a dramatic turn of events, Ash-Ley ended up tying with fellow contestant Nsuku, each receiving four votes.

The tie was ultimately broken by the Head of House, Swiss, who chose Ash-Ley to be evicted.

Looking Ahead After Big Brother

Reflecting on her time in the house, Ash-Ley shared her thoughts with IOL, admitting that the experience was full of surprises.

“It kept on surprising me from the time I submitted my audition video up until the day I left the house.

It was full of surprises because, at first, I didn’t think I was going to get in.

I didn’t even think my audition video was good enough,” she said.

Looking ahead, Ash-Ley is excited about her future.

She has plans to dive into acting, scriptwriting, and fashion—ventures she’s passionate about and eager to pursue.

First Public Appearance Since Big Brother

Ash-Ley will make her first public appearance after her Big Brother journey when she joins The Love Tour in Durban on March 1st, taking place at the Playhouse.

Fans can look forward to seeing her in person and supporting her new endeavors.
