AOHR Board of Trustees recommends appointment of Mohamed Al Mazrouei as head of legal committee

CAIRO, 27th January, 2022 – The Board of Trustees of the Arab Observatory for Human Rights (AOHR), affiliated with the Arab Parliament, has recommended the appointment of Dr.

Mohamed Al Mazrouei, former Secretary-General of the Federal National Council (FNC), as head of the AOHR’s legal committee.

Adel Abdel Rahman Al Asoumi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, highlighted the prominent expertise, efficiency and professionalism of Dr.

Al Mazrouei, stressing his confidence in Al Mazrouei’s ability to achieve the AOHR’s objectives.

Al Asoumi also stressed the keenness of the Arab Parliament to assist the AOHR and its legal committee in achieving its functions, lauding the FNC’s keenness to enhance its bilateral cooperation with the Arab Parliament and the AOHR.
