To investigate the viability of evaluating policy and practise interventions in the judicial system using administrative data, submit a grant application.

You must work for a UK research institution that may receive ESRC funding.

You must determine if various justice system policies and procedures are successful in achieving the goals of lowering reoffending, safeguarding the public, and providing quick access to justice.

One of the following topics might be the subject of your project:

• criminal justice
• family law
• civil law
• court reform.

Your project’s total economic cost may reach £177,500. 80% of the total economic cost will be funded by ESRC.
