Despite the speculation, the 41-year-old actress has firmly denied any connection between the movie and the former One Direction star’s love life.
At the premiere of the film at SXSW, Hathaway expressed her exasperation at the rumors, urging everyone to remain calm. She emphasized that the movie is not inspired by Styles’ highly publicized romance with Olivia Wilde, dismissing the notion with a resounding “no.”
