Meteorology student Garrett Harvey posted a video showing people sprinting across a road, captioned, “There is a shooting around the student union. People are running across TN Street.”

Another student, Ryan Cedergren, who was in the affected area, confirmed that he had been evacuated by police and was safe, but didn’t share further details.

“Sending fervent prayers to all impacted, and huge thank you to FSU police, Tallahassee police, and everyone who came to help,” Cedergren wrote.
