Miller apologises for his previous actions

A week after being charged with felony burglary in Vermont, “Flash” actor Ezra Miller claims they are getting therapy for “complicated mental health concerns.”

In a statement to Variety on Monday, Miller said that it has been a “period of acute difficulty.”

Miller, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, said: “I now recognise that I am experiencing significant mental health difficulties and have started continuing therapy.”

“I really regret alarming and upsetting anybody with my previous actions. I’m determined to put out the effort required to return to a safe, secure, and productive period of my life.”

The actor, 29, was booked in Stamford, Vermont last week after it was claimed that he stole multiple alcohol bottles from a house when nobody was home. On September 26, an arraignment was scheduled.

Miller was also detained twice in Hawaii this year. After reportedly screaming at, grabbing, and punching a lady singing at a karaoke club before attacking a guy playing darts, Miller was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment in March.

The following month, during a private event, Miller is accused of hitting a 26-year-old lady and throwing a chair.

The parents of an 18-year-old allegedly accused Miller of grooming and other improper activity with her as a juvenile starting when she was 12 years old and filed a protective order against Miller this year, according to the Associated Press.

She did, however, tell Insider that the accusations are untrue.

In the films “Justice League,” “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” “Suicide Squad,” and Zach Synder’s “Justice League,” Miller portrayed Barry Allen and the superhuman speedster Flash.

Although Miller is also expected to feature in the next “The Flash” movie, concerns have been expressed about whether the movie should be released due to Miller’s previous legal issues and unpredictable conduct.

The Flash, a cornerstone of Warner Bros. Discovery’s restructuring of the DC Films business, is still slated for release in June of next year, according to the AP.
