The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) accredits the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences’ Pre-Clinical Program, Dutse Federal University

The Pre-Clinical Program at the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences, Dutse Federal University, has received accreditation from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), which is Nigeria’s professional health regulatory body for the professions of Medicine, Dentistry, and Alternative Medicine.

In delivering the Council’s decision to Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. T.A.B. Sanusi of MDCN congratulated the VC and the university on the successful accreditation outcome.

According to Dr. Sanusi, the Council was satisfied with the accreditation visitation panel’s reports from its visits on December 21&22, 2021, and May 27, 2022.

In particular, the Provost of the College, Professor Muhammad Sani Mijinyawa, and the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. Sanusi Chinade, who expressed their gratitude to Allah for the success of the MDCN accreditation exercise, were thanked by the VC for their cooperation and support throughout the accreditation period.
