Two men were arrested for allegedly stalking strippers in Queens who flaunted their opulent lifestyle on social media.

Two guys were arrested after they allegedly robbed a Queens stripper in front of her children at gunpoint after she flaunted her riches and expensive stuff on social media.

The New York Daily News said that Romel Catoe, 32, and Mathew Sanchez, 29, were arrested after they targeted two unidentified exotic dancers in two armed robberies at one of their homes.

The heists were planned after the suspects scouted the dancers’ social media profiles, which had hundreds of thousands of followers and where they regularly flaunted their money, jewelry, and costly handbags, according to police.

In addition to monitoring the women’s social media activity, prosecutors say the men installed GPS tracking devices on their cars to track them.

The men exchanged text conversations prior to the first armed robbery in January 2021, indicating that they “didn’t care” whether children were present.

‘Are we getting this?’ Catoe texted Sanchez, ‘I’m ready thou like I’m ready ready.’

The guys are accused of stealing $79,000 in cash, largely in dollar bills belonging to both women, and $100,000 in expensive purses, including Hermes and Christian Dior handbags, during the first theft.

The dancer was in the Dominican Republic that night, according to prosecutors, but her husband and young children were at home, and security tape showed the husband zip-tied on the floor while one of the thieves in a mask pointed a revolver at him.

In the second robbery they ordered the stripper and her husband into the bathroom at gunpoint, where they were zip-tied, prosecutors said

The confident criminals returned to the same house nine days later for another robbery after the previous crime.

They forced the stripper and her husband into the bathroom at gunpoint in the second robbery, where they were zip-tied, according to prosecutors.

They also used ‘terrifying tactics,’ according to prosecutors, by pointing firearms at two youngsters in the house.

When police came, one of the children in the house was able to contact 911, and the men fled, leaving behind a cellphone that police were able to use to link them to the two robberies.

According to the Daily News, the men were charged with robbery conspiracy, robbery, money laundering conspiracy, and conspiracy to accept stolen items.

Prosecutors claim that in the interim, between the two robberies the men swapped thousands of the smaller bills stolen for bigger bills at a bank near Philadelphia.
