Sales of application forms begin at the management of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing Schools (SPONs)

The management of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto, has started selling application forms for admission into its twelve (12) month Post Basic Perioperative Nursing Education program for the academic year 2022/2023.

UDUTH Post-Basic Perioperative Nursing Admission Requirements

1. Candidates must be Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and have a current practising license.
2. Must have at least two (2) years post Nursing qualification experience.
3. Must have at least five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO, or NABTEB which should include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings. (BNSc is an added advantage).
4. Must present a letter of willingness for release/sponsorship from his/her employer.
5. Should be ready for a full-time study as no other course should be merged with this programme.

How to Apply for UDUTH Post-Basic Perioperative Nursing Admission Form

1. The sum of ten (10) thousand Naira (NGN10,000) only should be paid into the School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing, UDUTH account via Remita (by typing Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto and selecting UDUTH SCHOOL OF PERIOPERATIVE NURSING from the drop-down menu).
2. The original copy of the payment receipt should be presented to the Schools, where the login details (PIN number) will be issued to the candidate.
3. Visit www.spon.uduth.org.ng to start the application.
4. Print two (2) copies of the application summary and submit one to the school with a photocopy of your credentials.
5. The portal will be opened on Monday 30^th May 2022 and closes Wednesday 20^th July 2022
6. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for entrance examination / oral interview between Saturday 23^rd July 2022 and Wednesday 27^th July 2022 at the School premises by 8:00 am.
7. All candidates are to present their original credentials for oral interview.
