AmaZulu assistant coach Vasili Manousakis will take charge of the side in Guinea, with Truter in attendance at the General Lansana Conte Stadium.
Brandon Truter will get his interim spell as AmaZulu coach underway in a dead-rubber match against Horoya AC in the CAF Champions League on Friday, 1 April.
The former Swallows boss replaced the sacked Benni McCarthy this week following the club’s elimination from the Confederation of African Football’s premier club competition.
Truter’s task will be to improve on the club’s league form as they currently sit in ninth place on the DStv Premiership standings with just seven matches remaining.
But first up they must take on fellow eliminated side Horoya AC, who ended behind AmaZulu in Group B in fourth place.
