Minister Joly to hold media availability with Romanian Foreign Minister

The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will hold a media availability with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Bogdan Aurescu following their meeting in Bucharest, Romania.

While in Romania, Minister Joly will meet with President Klaus Iohannis in addition to Minister Aurescu. The Ministers will discuss the security situation in Eastern Europe, how Canada can further assist Ukraine’s neighbouring countries, and Canada and Romania’s continued collaboration through NATO’s Operation Reassurance.
