Mark Wright has revealed that, despite his successful career in television and radio, he has no idea how much he earned last year.

The former TOWIE star, now 39, told The Times that all of his finances are managed by his accountant, leaving him free to focus on work and family life.

“I don’t actually know, because my accountant deals with all of that.

I just do it job by job,” he said. “I put my money into a savings account, which I don’t ever touch.”

He added that over the years his earnings have fluctuated slightly, but generally remain in a “comfortable wage” range.

From Reality TV to Radio and Beyond

Wright rose to fame on TOWIE in 2010, appearing prominently in the first three series before leaving in 2011.

He later made cameo appearances in 2012, 2014, and 2016.

Since then, he has built a solid career as a television presenter and now hosts a radio show on Heart FM alongside friend Olly Murs.

He also lives in a sprawling Essex mansion, which he designed with his wife, Michelle Keegan.

The couple recently welcomed their daughter Palma, and Mark has said that much of his spending is focused on family life and long-term savings for her future.

The One Extravagant Purchase

Despite being known for a sensible approach to money, Mark admitted he did make one flashy purchase when he first found fame.

“I was a 23-year-old lad, so I bought myself a nice sports car,” he said.

“But I only kept it for a year as the insurance was expensive and I didn’t really want to be flash.”

He added that he has never been one to splash out on designer clothes or bottles of champagne in clubs, instead preferring golf, Barry’s Bootcamp classes, and setting money aside for family.

Family Winter Getaway and Sweet Moments

Earlier this month, Wright shared adorable Instagram snapshots with baby Palma during a winter getaway to the Middle East with Michelle.

The family stayed at the luxurious Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, reportedly costing £2,000 per night, enjoying the sun, sand, and family time together.

Michelle posted a photo of Palma crawling on the beach, marking a major milestone for the 10-month-old.

“Just the start of making memories with you baby girl,” Mark wrote, celebrating the family’s bonding time.

Michelle Keegan’s Hollywood Ambitions

While Mark focuses on family and radio work, Michelle is heading to Hollywood.

She recently touched down in California to work on the film adaptation of the crime thriller Gone Before Goodbye, written by Harlan Coben and Reese Witherspoon.

Michelle has previously worked with Harlan on the Netflix adaptation of Fool Me Once, playing Maya Stern alongside Joanna Lumley.

Her performance was praised, and Harlan has expressed interest in bringing her back for future projects, despite her character’s demise in the first series.

Michelle shared her excitement on Instagram after meeting Reese and Harlan, posting: “When two geniuses collide… ‘Gone Before Goodbye’ is made! I can confirm Reese Witherspoon is everything you’d imagined her to be, what a woman.”

Reese responded, “So wonderful to meet you… finally!”

What’s Next?

For Mark, the focus appears to remain on family and long-term financial planning, while Michelle continues to explore acting opportunities in Hollywood.

Fans can expect updates on Palma’s milestones, family travels, and Michelle’s upcoming film projects throughout 2026.

The couple’s approach to balancing work, parenting, and personal life shows a blend of sensible financial planning with occasional indulgences and high-profile projects.
