Sue Radford, the 50-year-old mum of 22, has wowed her fans with a remarkable weight loss of three stone, showing off her slimmer figure in an eye-catching orange swimsuit.
The reality TV star has revealed that her transformation came from dedication to a healthy lifestyle rather than using any fat-loss injections, putting her commitment to fitness and diet firmly in the spotlight.
A Holiday Glow and Gym Dedication
Sharing her journey on social media, Sue recently stunned followers with snaps from a holiday, wearing a plunging orange swimsuit and later showing off her toned physique in tight workout gear.
She revealed in an interview with The Mirror how proud she feels of her progress.
“I think because so many people are taking weight-loss medication now, they automatically assume you are—but no, I haven’t,” Sue explained.
Turning 50 last year marked a turning point for her.
“My weight had been creeping up, I was eating too many junk foods and evening snacks like graze boards, and I wanted to do something about it.”
Sue added that her strict new routine included cutting out sugar, pasta, bread, snacks, and junk, coupled with daily gym sessions.
“I have lost three stone since turning 50 last April, and I feel amazing. I also feel so much better,” she said.
Fans Flood Social Media With Praise
Sue’s hard work has clearly impressed her followers, who were quick to comment on her social media posts.
Fans compared her new look to her daughter, with one writing, “I thought you were one of the girls… Well done Sue,” while another added, “I thought you were Aimee!”
Others chimed in with, “You look amazing, well done to you, Sue,” and “I’m convinced you’ve never looked better, you are glowing.”
Life With Britain’s Biggest Family
Sue and her husband, Noel, 55, are famously known as the parents of Britain’s biggest family.
Their brood includes Chris, 36; Sophie, 32; Chloe, 30; Jack, 28; Daniel, 26; Luke, 25; Millie, 24; Katie, 23; James, 22; Ellie, 20; Aimee, 19; Josh, 18; Max, 17; Tillie, 15; Oscar, 14; Casper, 13; Hallie, 10; Phoebe, nine; Archie, eight; Bonnie, seven; and Heidie, five.
In the same interview, Sue also opened up about her eldest daughter Sophie’s recent split from her husband, Joe Bradley, after a decade of marriage.
“It had been brewing for a while,” she said. Noel added that they have known Joe for years and want him to be happy, too.
When asked about Sophie dating again, Sue noted that Sophie is taking her time as a single mum, but they hope she will find someone new when she’s ready.
How the Radfords Tripled Their Wealth
Despite the costs of raising such a large family, Sue and Noel have found multiple ways to boost their income.
Their Channel 5 show, 22 Kids & Counting, book deals, and their online pie business have all contributed to their financial growth.
According to The Sun, their net worth reached £975,000 by February 2025—a threefold increase from previous years.
The couple runs TRF21 Limited, a media representation company they became active directors of in 2019.
In 2024, the company’s net worth rose 493%, ending the year with £124,647 in capital and reserves, plus £78,695 set aside for future liabilities.
Radford’s Pie Company and Other Ventures
Another key source of income has been Radford’s Pie Company, a pastry shop near their home in Morecambe.
The business saw a 177% increase in value in 2024, jumping from £28,470 in 2023 to £78,837.
Alongside this, the family benefits from social media partnerships and brand deals, with their online presence playing a central role in their earnings—even if Sue resists the “influencer” label.

Sue Radford’s journey highlights the power of commitment, discipline, and lifestyle change over quick fixes.
