Nicki Minaj turned heads on Wednesday in Washington, DC, when she made an unexpected appearance at a Trump Accounts event, openly showing her support for President Donald Trump.
Dressed in a striking white fur coat, the rapper grabbed everyone’s attention with her multi-inch-long chrome-colored acrylic nails as she shook the President’s hand—a moment that sparked concern given Trump’s famously delicate hands.
Trump Welcomes Minaj on Stage
Trump praised Minaj for her generous investments into savings accounts for her fans’ children, then spontaneously invited her on stage alongside businessman and Daily Mail contributor Kevin O’Leary.
While the rapper usually commands attention with her bold persona, she appeared unusually reserved in front of the government and business audience.
Still, she didn’t hold back her admiration for Trump.
“I am probably the president’s No. 1 fan,” Minaj told the audience from the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium podium. “And that’s not going to change.”
She added that any negativity directed toward Trump only strengthens her and his supporters’ commitment to backing him.
“We’re not going to let them get away with bullying him, and the smear campaigns—it’s not going to work, okay? He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him. Amen,” she concluded.

The program aims to provide children born between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2028, with a $1,000 tax-advantaged investment from the Treasury Department.
Families can contribute an additional $5,000 per year, potentially growing the account to $1.1 million by age 28.
Even without extra contributions, a child could still accumulate roughly $18,000 by adulthood.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, 28, mentioned that she plans to sign up her daughter, due in May, for a Trump account, underscoring the administration’s push to make these savings accounts accessible to young families.
