Larsa Pippen isn’t exactly staying out of the headlines.
The reality star and former Kardashian confidante was spotted in New York City this week, turning heads during an appearance on Good Night New York — and not just because of her outfit or company.
Wearing a sleeveless floral dress and full glam makeup, Larsa’s appearance had fans buzzing, especially with what seemed to be a noticeably fuller look to her face.
Expert Weighs In on Larsa’s New Look
Curious minds didn’t have to wonder too long. Daily Mail checked in with a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to get some insight on what might be behind her refreshed look.
According to Dr. Kahn, it looks like Larsa may have had some new cosmetic treatments.
“Her lips look noticeably plump,” he explained, adding that she probably got a good amount of filler on both top and bottom lips.
He also noted her forehead appeared totally smooth, suggesting recent Botox injections.
Despite the noticeable changes, Dr. Kahn called the work “very nice” and said the fillers were “settling in well.”
He added, “When she smiles, there’s puffiness, but when she’s not smiling, it’s actually a really good amount. It works for her—she looks youthful.”
A Younger Man and a Serious Relationship
Larsa wasn’t alone during her NYC moment. By her side was her boyfriend Jeff Coby, a 31-year-old former professional basketball player.
The two have been dating since earlier this year, following Larsa’s high-profile breakup with Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan’s son.
And while their relationship is still relatively new, it seems like things are already getting serious.
Jeff revealed that the couple has started talking about engagement rings, saying the process is “collaborative,” and teasing that “it’s coming” when asked about a proposal.
During the NYC outing, Larsa even wore a diamond ring on that finger—though nothing has been confirmed just yet.
Jeff Talks Life in the Public Eye
Jeff Coby also opened up about adjusting to fame through his relationship with Larsa. “The public eye can be crazy at times,” he admitted.
“You really have to focus on protecting the household.”
He recalled moments where paparazzi surprised them outside restaurants, and how that attention has only made their bond stronger.
“It brings us closer,” he said. “We’re more aware of how the media can twist things, so we try to reflect each other in the best light.”
From Scottie to Marcus to Jeff
Larsa’s romantic history is well-documented.
She was married to NBA legend Scottie Pippen for over two decades, and they share four children: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia.
After her divorce, she had a headline-grabbing relationship with Marcus Jordan that lasted on and off for two years before ending in March 2024.
And that split now comes with added baggage — Marcus is reportedly facing charges related to cocaine possession.
Larsa and Jeff, meanwhile, were reportedly introduced by DBC Fitness owner David Alexander at his gym’s anniversary bash in Miami earlier this year.
Jeff, who once tried for the NBA but last played overseas, seems to be in it for the long haul.
In fact, when speaking to TMZ, Coby prematurely announced a wedding date — “November 2025”—before quickly correcting himself and saying, “2026.”
Larsa remained quiet but smiled through the moment, mouthing “thank you” when bystanders congratulated her.
That Long-Running Kim Kardashian Feud Still Lingers
No Larsa update would be complete without mention of her now-faded friendship with Kim Kardashian.
Once close confidantes, the two drifted apart years ago — reportedly around 2020 — when Kim and her sisters suddenly unfollowed Larsa on Instagram.
At the time, Larsa blamed Kanye West, saying he had “brainwashed” the family.
The Kardashians, in turn, called her “toxic” and accused her of seeking attention.
Still, in later interviews, including one in 2022, Larsa claimed they’d all apologized and were in a “really good place.”
But the tension still seems to linger.
Andy Cohen Brings Up “Pardashian” and Sparks New Drama
That dormant feud got fresh attention recently when Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen raised the topic during an interview with Kim’s best friend La La Anthony.
Andy cheekily asked if “Pardashian”—a nickname mashing up Pippen and Kardashian—was still a thing.
La La, clearly uncomfortable, insisted she hadn’t seen Larsa in about a year and described the question as “messy.”
Andy, ever the instigator, kept pushing for answers, prompting La La to whisper, “I don’t see her,” before laughing off the moment.
Larsa’s Message Today: She’s Moved On and Doing Just Fine
Despite the back-and-forth over the years, Larsa has continued to emphasize that she’s doing well on her own.
On The Real Housewives of Miami, she stated plainly, “I just want to live my best life, have fun, and do what I want unapologetically.”
Whether or not a wedding is officially in the works with Jeff Coby, Larsa Pippen seems to be embracing her moment — fresh face, fresh romance, and all.
And if the ring she wore in New York is any hint? We haven’t seen the last headline yet.
