In the trial of Senzo Meyiwa’s murder, the defense is anticipated to cross-examine Captain Bonginkosi Mtshali.
Captain Mtshali provided his testimony at the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria on August 24th, explaining the circumstances around the firearm confiscated from the third accused, Mthobisi Mncube, and why it was not taken as expected.
