YouTuber shoots rival and his wife dead during livestream after year-long feud explodes into violence on the Las Vegas Strip

What started as just another busy night on the Las Vegas Strip quickly spiraled into horror, all while hundreds were watching live online.

A long-simmering online rivalry between two YouTubers took a deadly turn when one of them allegedly opened fire in public, killing a married couple in front of the camera.

YouTuber Turns Himself In After Double Shooting

On Monday morning, 41-year-old Manuel Diaz Ruiz walked into the Henderson Police Department and surrendered himself, just hours after a deadly shooting that took place on Sunday night.

He’s now in custody at the Clark County Detention Center, facing two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon.

Ruiz, known online as “SinCity-MannyWise,” is accused of killing fellow YouTuber Rodney Finley—aka “Finny Da Legend”—and Finley’s wife Tanisha, who went by “Bubbly” online.

Both were 43 years old and livestreaming near the Bellagio Casino at around 10:40 p.m. when the shooting happened.

Livestream Captures Chilling Final Moments

Viewers watching Finny’s livestream witnessed the terrifying moment unfold in real time.

The video showed Finny speaking to the camera, which was mounted on a tripod, before suddenly turning away.

A man in a yellow and black top, sunglasses, and a baseball cap—believed to be Ruiz—stepped into the frame.

Bubbly tried to block the man from getting close to her husband, but he reportedly dodged her and opened fire.

Witnesses on the scene ducked for cover as gunshots rang out.

In the horrifying footage, Bubbly could be heard yelling, “Are you f**king kidding me?!” just before more shots were fired and the camera hit the ground.

Footage from other witnesses showed Bubbly’s body lying motionless, partially covered by a white sheet.

Hours of Livestreaming Before the Attack

Earlier that evening, Finny and Bubbly had been livestreaming for over two hours as they walked around the Las Vegas Strip.

Bubbly wore the same blue jumpsuit and necklace she had on at the time of the attack, while Finny appeared to have changed shirts.

Unsettlingly, Ruiz had also posted a video earlier that night.

In it, he appeared to be driving through Vegas, possibly tracking Finny’s location via the livestream.

“I went through every f**king casino there is… I heard there was one of my biggest fans here in town, I’m dying to see him,” he said.

The tone quickly turned more threatening. Ruiz added, “Come to my city and think I’m not gonna show up?” He even barked like a dog, saying, “Wherever you go I will be there… I have to say hi to my biggest fan.”

Feud Had Been Brewing for Over a Year

This wasn’t the first sign of tension between the two.

Their bitter feud reportedly began more than a year ago when Ruiz allegedly pepper-sprayed Bubbly during an encounter in 2023.

Since then, the drama has played out online through dozens of videos.

Finny’s YouTube channel still hosts over 50 clips targeting Ruiz and his “Sin City Family,” a group of associated vloggers.

In one video posted about six months ago, Finny even claimed that Ruiz had sent him a death threat.

Earlier this year, he also filed a harassment complaint.

Ruiz’s Partner Seen at the Scene But Not a Suspect

Ruiz’s partner, Julie Pimentel—also known as “SinCity Julie” or “PManny”—was reportedly seen near the scene of the shooting.

However, police have stated she is not currently a suspect in the investigation.

Authorities from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed they responded to a shooting on the 3600 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard.

Upon arrival, they found both victims had suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.

Police Say Shooting Was an ‘Isolated Incident’

According to police, this appears to be an isolated situation, not tied to broader public danger.

“At this time, we believe this to be an isolated incident, and a possible suspect has been identified,” they said in an official statement.

Still, the incident has left a dark cloud over the city and echoes of a past tragedy.

A Grim Reminder of Las Vegas’ Worst Shooting

The livestreamed attack immediately reminded many of the 2017 mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest music festival.

In that tragedy, gunman Stephen Paddock fired over 1,000 rounds from his Mandalay Bay hotel suite, killing 60 people and injuring hundreds more.

Though the motivations behind that massacre remain unclear, the trauma still lingers—and this latest shooting adds another tragic chapter to Las Vegas’ history.

A Tragedy Watched in Real Time

The fact that this double homicide was livestreamed to viewers around the world adds a disturbing digital dimension to the tragedy.

What was once an online feud escalated into real-world violence, with devastating consequences.

As the investigation continues, the YouTube community and Finny’s followers are left reeling, asking how it ever got to this point.
