Young Entrepreneurs in East, West, and Southern Africa Can Now Apply for $2,000 Seed Funding to Grow Their Businesses

We are thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity for young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 across East, West, and Southern Africa.

This initiative is designed to support innovative, youth-driven businesses by providing seed funding of $2,000 for start-ups and scale-ups.

The funding aims to empower young entrepreneurs and promote the integration of Africa’s youth into the AfCFTA (African Continental Free Trade Area) implementation process.

One entrepreneur will be selected from each of these regions to receive this valuable support.

Stay tuned, as we will soon announce a similar opportunity for entrepreneurs in Central and North Africa.

Who is Eligible?

We are looking for passionate, driven young entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:

  • Nationals of and currently residing in East, West, or Southern Africa
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years
  • Have an operational business or a scalable business idea
  • Are committed to making a positive impact in their community
  • Eager to network, learn, and grow alongside other entrepreneurs

How to Apply

  1. Submit an expression of interest and fill out the application form [HERE].
  2. Ensure you have the following documents and materials ready:
    • Business registration (if applicable)
    • A 1-minute video pitch introducing your business idea
    • A 1-page description of your business
    • Links to your business website or social media profiles

Applications will be reviewed and selected by a panel of experts.
