Yolanda Hadid, the iconic supermodel turned designer and developer, is putting her cherished Pennsylvania farm on the market for the first time since transforming it into a sanctuary for her family.
At 60, Yolanda has listed the property for $10.995 million, signaling the end of an era for a home that has been central to countless Hadid family memories.
“After my divorce and battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to step away from city life,” Yolanda shared in an exclusive interview.
“I was looking for a place to heal, reconnect with nature, and feel like home again.
The farm instantly gave me that energy—I knew it was the right place even before I saw the buildings.”
A Farm Full of Family Memories
The sprawling estate became the backdrop for intimate family moments for Yolanda and her children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid.
Each child had their own cottage, from the carriage house to the lavender house and the corn crib, but family life revolved around the main farmhouse, where breakfasts and dinners by the fire brought everyone together.
“Those meals were the heartbeat of the farm,” Yolanda recalled.
“Bella and Gigi riding bareback horses, training in the jumping arena—it was a slice of heaven for our family, a safe haven away from the city.”
Design, Luxury, and Authentic Farm Life
The Hadid Family Farm consists of five structures: a main house, three guest cottages, and a barn, all reflecting Yolanda’s design vision.
The estate boasts lavender fields, lush gardens, and cozy interiors perfect for farm-to-table living.
Buyers will also get full furnishings and the equipment Yolanda used to bring her countryside vision to life.
Outdoor spaces rival luxury retreats, featuring a shimmering swimming pool, manicured gardens, and a circular stone fire pit ideal for evening family gatherings under the stars.
In the barn, goats peek from pristine stalls, highlighting the balance between authentic farm life and elegance.
A Place of Milestones and Privacy
The farm has been at the center of significant family moments.
Gigi Hadid welcomed daughter Khai at home with her mother Yolanda, sister Bella, and a local midwife in 2021, a choice influenced by COVID-19 restrictions.
Yolanda emphasized that the property allowed the family to experience normalcy: “When we’re here, the kids put away their phones and just enjoy being themselves.”
From Fashion Shoots to Farm Life
Yolanda’s farm has also served as a backdrop for fashion shoots and series such as Harper’s Bazaar: Food Diaries.
Over the years, she has shared glimpses of her wellness-focused lifestyle, including her strict diet and holistic routines.
Her love for country living also extends beyond Pennsylvania.
In 2024, she showcased her Texas ranch for Architectural Digest, featuring a walk-in pantry, Pilates studio, cowboy room, and honey bar. “My vision was industrial, modern, relaxed,” Yolanda explained.
“I wanted people to enjoy life here, put their boots up, and not worry about anything.”
A New Chapter in Love and Life
Yolanda’s personal life continues to flourish.
She recently confirmed her engagement to construction CEO Joseph after six years together, and shared her journey meeting her partner Adan Banuelos, a young star in the horse-riding world and Hall of Fame inductee.
“Meeting Adan felt like a gust of fresh air,” Yolanda gushed.
“He works hard, values family, and I can’t wait to build a home and family together.”
A Legacy for the Next Owner
The Pennsylvania farm offers more than a property—it’s a lifestyle.
From the sprawling fields to intimate family spaces, it represents a blend of luxury, wellness, and rustic charm.
As the Hadid family moves on, the estate invites new owners to live out their dream of serene farm life infused with elegance and history.
