In Olomoro community, Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State, an unidentified woman was hacked to death by a suspected mentally ill guy.
The dead was supposed to be asleep in her residence in the Ukoli areas of the town when she was killed, according to reports.
In the early hours of Monday, February 7, she was discovered in a pool of her own blood.
