The 52-year-old Constantia Junior Govender, from Phoenix, claims that the incident occurred in early April.
This incident bears similarities to a previous case in 2016, when a motorcycle accident patient was discovered alive in a mortuary freezer at the same hospital, albeit succumbing to injuries hours later.
