If you’re passionate about the world of innovation, creativity, and intellectual property (IP), here’s a golden opportunity to take your career global.

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is now inviting early-career professionals to apply for its Young Experts Program (YEP)—a two-year immersive journey into the future of global innovation.

This isn’t just another professional development program.

It’s a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the heart of Geneva, Switzerland, while contributing to projects that shape the way IP drives economic growth, sustainability, and development across the world.

What You’ll Do in the YEP Program

YEP is all about impact. It’s designed to help you build skills that don’t just enhance your résumé—they prepare you to return home and make meaningful contributions to your country’s innovation landscape.
