Who Can Apply?
The Y-TEaM Program is aimed at young individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age: 18 to 35 years old
- Education: Recent graduates, particularly those who have shown an interest in peace, security, development, or community involvement.
- Commitment: Applicants must have a strong passion for peacebuilding, social change, and strengthening community resilience.
- Location: Open to youth from all West African countries.
Additionally, applicants should:
- Have a demonstrated interest or experience in peace, security, or governance.
- Be passionate about community development and eager to take on leadership roles in peacebuilding.
- Be ready to commit to the full nine-month program.
What Does the Program Involve?
Running for nine months, the Y-TEaM Program is packed with a series of activities designed to develop participants’ leadership skills and provide hands-on experience in peacebuilding.
