Weather: Yet another thunderstorm warning issued for the Eastern Cape

The affected district municipalities include Sarah Baartman, Amathole, parts of Chris Hani and Joe Gqabi, Tambo and Alfred Nzo.

The potential impacts include:

• Localised flooding of susceptible roads, low-lying areas and bridges.
• Minor vehicle accidents.
• Localised damage to infrastructure, settlements (mostly informal), property, vehicles and livestock.

The thunderstorm warning is valid from 13:00 on Tuesday, 1 March until 23:59.
