Virginia Giuffre, known for her allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, recently found herself in a completely different kind of crisis—a serious car accident in Australia.
Reports confirm that she was involved in a collision with a school bus in Western Australia on March 24, leaving her with multiple injuries.
Stable Condition After Hospitalization
According to her agent, Dini von Mueffling, Giuffre was initially “banged up and bruised” but went home after the crash as police were unavailable to respond at the time.
However, her condition worsened, and she was later admitted to Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth.
Hospital representatives have since confirmed that she is in stable condition, though specific details about her recovery remain private.
Social Media Post Raises Concerns
In a now widely shared Instagram post, Giuffre posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed with visible bruising on her face.
Her caption painted a grim picture of the accident, describing how the school bus was traveling at high speed when it collided with her vehicle.
She also made a startling claim about her health, stating that she had gone into kidney failure and had only four days to live.
However, her agent later clarified that this post was intended for her private Facebook page, and its accuracy remains unverified.
Police Provide Conflicting Reports
Western Australia police have provided a different version of events.
They classified the crash as “minor,” involving a school bus carrying 29 children and another vehicle in the farming area of Neergabby, north of Perth.
Law enforcement officials stated that there were no injuries reported at the scene and that they were unaware of the incident until the following day when the bus driver reported it.
Investigation Underway
Authorities are now looking further into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Police commander Mike Bell noted that the damage to Giuffre’s car was estimated at around A$2,000 (roughly $1,300), a relatively low amount given repair costs.
He also contradicted Giuffre’s claim about the speed of the bus, saying that official reports do not suggest it was traveling anywhere near 110 km/h (70 mph).
A Life Marked by High-Profile Legal Battles
Giuffre’s name is widely recognized due to her accusations against Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced billionaire accused of sex trafficking, and Prince Andrew, who denied her claims but ultimately settled a lawsuit with a multimillion-dollar payout.
Now, she faces a different struggle—recovering from this accident while the details of the incident continue to unfold.
