UAE Foreign Minister, Brazilian counterpart discuss promoting ties

ABU DHABI, 14th February, 2022 – H.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, have discussed with Carlos Alberto França, Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the strategic partnership relations between the two friendly countries and ways to promote them across various fields.

During a phone call, the two sides also reviewed regional developments along with a number of international issues of common interest.

The UAE Foreign Minister and the Brazilian counterpart also discussed the developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and the international efforts to contain the virus and combat its repercussions.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, during the call, hailed the distinguished bilateral relations and the countries keenness to deepen strategic ties and enhance cooperation across various sectors for the higher good of their peoples.
