Toyah Cordingley, who is accused of murder, will be deported to Australia

The male nurse accused of murdering Toya Cordingley in October 2018 will be extradited from India to Australia.

On Saturday, Singh (pictured outside court in Delhi) entered a 'willingness statement' which means the Indian court accepted his desire to return to Australia and face trial
In October 2018, Toyah, 24, was discovered dead on Wangetti Beach in far north Queensland, with her alleged killer, Rajwinder Singh, 38, accused of escaping to India two days later.
