Fans may have a better chance of renting Taylor Swift’s landmark Cornelia Street home in New York City than obtaining her Eras tour tickets, which have been resold for as much as $22,000.

The Post has discovered that the lovely four-bedroom, seven-bathroom West Village residence at 23 Cornelia Street is available for $45,000 per month.

Swift, 32, occupied the residence in 2016 while her Tribeca townhouse underwent repairs.

Swift also composed a song titled “Cornelia Street” on this temporary residence on her seventh studio album “Lover.” The song is inspired by her recollections of staying at the residence during the start of her romance with actor Joe Alywn.

There are impressive double-height ceilings, three gas fireplaces, and hardwood flooring throughout. In addition to a garage for more seclusion, the property features an indoor pool measuring around 30 feet by 15 feet and 5.5 feet deep.

In addition, there is a rooftop patio with a pitched roof and expansive views of downtown Manhattan.

Approximately 5,500 square feet in size, the residence was constructed in 1899. According to the description, the structure was first utilized as a carriage house in 1870.

On the ground floor is the pool. The advertisement states that the second level features a living room with vaulted ceilings, blonde parquet Russian Ipe wood flooring, leaded glass windows, and a wood-burning fireplace with a marble hearth.

The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher, and granite countertops. It leads into the dining room and features floor-to-ceiling casement windows that overlook the West Village backyard.
