Deeply moved by Kao’s situation, she didn’t hesitate to step in.
Janjira offered to remove the tattoos free of charge at her shop, determined to help the boy heal — not just physically, but emotionally.
On October 4, Kao arrived at her studio, where Janjira carefully applied numbing cream to his skin before beginning the laser removal process.
Despite his tender age, Kao remained calm as she worked, lying still on the reclining tattoo chair while the laser light zapped away the ink.

The artist explained that, thankfully, the tattoos weren’t deeply embedded since the children had used only a crude homemade tool.
The laser session took about 15 minutes, though the numbing cream needed a full hour to take effect because of Kao’s young skin.
