How to Play PowerBall and PowerBall Plus
For PowerBall, players select five main numbers from 1 to 50 and one PowerBall number from 1 to 20, with an entry fee of R5.00 per board.
Draws take place every Tuesday and Friday.
PowerBall Plus works the same way but gives players a second chance to win.
For an extra R2.50 per board, you’re entered into the additional draw. While the odds are identical, the prizes are usually slightly lower.
This game was introduced on 28 November 2015 by the National Lottery of South Africa.
