In the aftermath of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan’s death, his widow, Sky Hogan, is considering a medical malpractice lawsuit, according to a new report.

Sky revealed that Hogan’s phrenic nerve was compromised during the operation, affecting his ability to breathe properly in the months leading up to his death at his $8 million Clearwater Beach, Florida, home.
“If you have shortness of breath for a long time, that makes you very sick,” she explained.
She believes this long-term complication may have contributed to the heart attack that claimed Hogan’s life on July 24.

Sky emphasized that the investigation into potential malpractice is thorough and time-consuming, involving record requests and approvals.
She clarified that the nerve was damaged but not severed during the procedure, countering earlier claims from an occupational therapist at Hogan’s mansion.

According to Sky, Fitzgerald never prescribed any medicine to Hogan, and the surgery in question took place at a different medical facility.
